• billing or refund questions, including duplicate or incorrect charges;
• Little Place questions; and
• Visitor Kind Words questions or requests to delete your own contribution.

We'll review your message and respond as appropriate.

If you want to permanently delete your PetMemorium account, use the account deletion controls in Account Settings. Support can still help with questions about the process.

For some account-specific requests, Support may ask you to verify control of your account.
